RICE PAPER MARKET

63 Duchess Street, Busselton

Another great dining option in Busselton.... yes!

Being a long-time lover of asian-style food, I wandered into the Rice Paper Market for a some midday nosh.

I was warmly greeted by half of the husband/wife team Shana, who went through all the dishes on display.  After finding it extremely hard to decide (so many great choices!), I settled on the Honey Chicken and rice. Um YUM!  Tasty, fresh and just the right size portion.

All the meat for the dishes comes from the gourmet butcher (hubby Made) within the same building and is available for purchase so you can whip up your own at home.

It's a must-visit next time you're in Busselton.

Abigayle Leann Tilby: "Just had my first meal at Rice Paper Market. It was so good I went back for more an hour later! The Green Papaya with chilli dressing salad was out of this world ! Lovely, friendly staff too.. I will be back for more for sure 󾌫mmmmm".

Karen Steele: "5 star - Stopped in on my way home to Bunbury and bought so many yummy things. Fresh salads were gorgeous and kids devoured the satay sticks.

Angie Karbowy: 4-star! Well, I called in today and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely Balinese style cooking smells ... Husband and wife team. Couldn't make up my mind what to have! ... Then, there is a butcher, selling a huge variety of free range and organic meats sourced from our region, prepared the old fashioned way...
Tonight, I had two delicious, tender, med rare lamb rack chops, cooked to perfection, little or no fat and not flooded with water, like the supermarkets do ... And, I have some marrow bones to cook too...
So, treat yourself to a real treat of meat and you'll never eat meat from the supermarket again... Try their green paw paw & carrot salad with a bit of a kick in it, it's yummy.
