Brotherly Love

Dunsborough’s Little Brother came into the world in September 2017 and just over a year on his personality is starting to shine, he’s having fun and demanding some attention!

Little Brother bar and restaurant has introduced some more relaxed dining options with burgers as the star, extended its opening hours for summer, added more local craft beers to the menu and welcomed a new manager and chef.

Manager Laura Hill said her team was aiming to create fun for patrons this summer.

“With our new burger menu and extended drinks offering, a greater range of seating options and live music and events planned over summer, we’re hoping to be the place for people to meet and have fun.

“Dunsborough is one of WA’s hottest places to holiday and Little Brother will be keeping locals and holidaymakers well fed and quenched,” she said.

Chef Hugo Le Frapper has joined the Little Brother team after having left a chilly winter at home in Brittany in France. He was previously working in New Zealand and is looking forward to a summer down south.

The new Little Brother menu includes a range of tasty burgers – the town’s largest burger menu - and all priced between $15 and $20.  There’s also a range of delicious share placed including soy mirin chicken wings, chilli mussels, crispy pork belly, pepper berry fried squid and more.

On the taps there is a great selection of local craft beer from some of the best in the south west - currently Eagle Bay, Rocky Ridge Brewing Co, Beerfarm and Black Brewing Co - and there’s a healthy range of craft bottles and cans too.

Little Brother has a wine selection large enough to satisfy summer palates with Margaret River wines dominating, and a decadent cocktail menu priced from $12 to $18. Every day there’s happy hour from 5pm-6pm with $8 pints and $6 wines by the glass.

There’s also been some improvements made in acoustics to encourage longer hangs.

Little Brother is making his mark.
